Is one day enough in Bath?

Yes. One day is sufficient. You can then decide how much you want to stretch that by in order to spend longer in some places (or not). Open top bus tour, walk around, 2-3 hours in the Roman Baths, lunch and an evening meal – one day is well worth it.

Day 7-8 – Bath

ACCOMMODATIONS: Abbey Hotel

Abbey Hotel Bath is an experiential hotel for people seeking true Bathonian encounters – a place for discerned travelers, admirers of British Quintessentialism, and in-the-know locals alike.

At the heart of Bath and inspired by the city’s most celebrated icons, it blends the new with the old, the refined with the comfortable, and the local with the worldly. The art, the stories, the experiences have all been purposefully directed to showcase old and new Bathonian talent. Guests are immersed in rich history, architectural beauty, regional artistry, and craftsmanship in this art-driven 62-bedroom hotel.

Built-in 1739, the building composed part of John Wood’s vision for Bath. Now in its XXI act, it has once again risen to play a role in Bath’s rich narrative, to serve as a gathering place for the city’s most interesting voices – makers and thinkers that inspirit Bath – and a place for visitors and locals to unwind.
