You will reach Montalcino from Florence. Situated just south of Siena, lies the land of some of the best Italian wines: Brunello di Montalcino and Nobile di Montepulciano. Most of the tour takes place in the natural scenery of the rolling hills of Val d’ Orcia natural World Heritage Site protected by Unesco. Meet a local vine maker for a private lunch with wine pairing of Brunello wines. Brunello is a wine hunted by collectors from all over the world, its disciplinary requires a minimum five years of aging to be classified as Brunello di Montalcino. Based like the Brunello on a clone of Sangiovese grape varietal, this wine ages for two in oak, the riserva for three.
After the visit of the town the tour will continue with a Vino Nobile wine tasting by a selected producer, this will be the last stop before driving back to Florence.

The lesson will include a “stuzzicante” and rich aperitif with prosecco. Hands-on cooking class preparing a first, second course and dessert. A brief discussion about the origins and nutritional properties of each of the foods will be included as well. After the lesson we can enjoy the food prepared with red or white wine. Water and digestive are included. The lesson usually lasts about 4 ½ hours.

Continue along the medieval road to reach Saint Paul de Vence. It’s impossible not to fall under the spell of the landscape welcomed by the visitor of the medieval town Saint Paul De Vence. By entering the city through the Royal Gates, you will find yourself in the plexus streets where each home is like a souvenir store, or an art studio and nearly every window – like flowers. Saint Paul De Vence is a museum in the open sky.
Cipriani Monte Carlo is located in the heart of the Monaco Principality, at the bottom of the prestigious Mirabeau building. The ultra-modern, glass façade is a striking introduction to the refined and warm interior, where rich mahogany walls, polished steel, mirrors and marble floors are complemented by Cipriani’s signature brown, leather chairs. The ambiance is that of a luxury yacht and the nautical theme is enhanced by strong blue and white elements.
Monaco known as “The Rock” or simply “Le Rocher“ for its location on a rocky headland extending to The Mediterranean. It’s known and loved for its dramatic location, curious exotic gardens, scenery, history, art, restaurants and perfume factories.
From Eze Village there is a walk called Nietzsche’s Walk or the ” Philosopher’s Walk “ to the sea down to Eze Bord de Mer.
Later you will drive through the village La Turbie, also called the “Terrace of Monaco” due to the panoramic view on the Principality of Monaco and with its Trophy of the Alps, a roman monument built in 7 BC, reach the luxurious Principality of Monaco known as “The Rock” for its location on a rocky headland extending to the Mediterranean.
