Your hands-on cooking class will be held on a private home’s patio. Watch as she prepares a Tuscan appetizer for you to enjoy before you roll up your sleeves and learn how to make regional Italian pasta from recipes passed down through her family’s generations.

You will learn to make three different dishes from scratch, as well as a side or dessert. Choose a cooking menu with three handmade pastas or a pasta and meat main course. You’ll also learn how to make a seasonal vegetable side dish and a dessert. For the pasta menu, you will learn to make three different types of pasta and three different sauces. Visit a Charming Village in Chianti

After an unforgettable meal, hop in the car and drive to a small, bucolic village in the Chianti wine region. Spend some time on your own wandering the enchanting cobblestone streets and exploring this beautiful, historic town.

Visit a Vineyard for More Wine Tasting

Continue through the Chianti hills until you reach another vineyard for more wine tasting. Meet a local wine expert here to learn about the estate, the winemaking process, and to sample various wines produced on-site. Compare the wines at the first and second stops on this private wine day tour, as each farm has its own methods of producing their products. After a long day of exploring and sampling the nectar of the gods in one of the world’s best wine-producing regions, sit back and relax on the ride back to Florence.

Day 4-7 Nice, France

The Monaco Yacht Show is one of the most prestigious yachting events in the world with more than 125 superyachts and around 600 companies exhibiting each year.

Held annually in Port Hercule, Monaco, towards the end of September, the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS) is one of the most anticipated events in the superyacht industry calendar, providing world-leading yacht builders, designers, luxury manufacturers, and esteemed brokerage houses the opportunity to network with important clientele and prospective customers.

Launched in 1991, the show is the ideal occasion to view and compare more than 120 custom superyachts in one place. Typically hosting around 45 new yacht debuts throughout the duration of the four-day event, the French Riviera truly comes alive during the event, which is a highly sought-after show for exhibitors and clients alike.

Begin your day with a private vehicle pick-up from your central Nice hotel in the early morning. Pose for photos by the iconic Rock of Monaco, observe the Changing of the Guards at the Prince’s Palace, marvel at architectural marvels such as the Justice Palace and Monte Carlo Cathedral, or pay a visit to the Oceanographic Museum (own expense).

Finally, visit the world-famous Monte Carlo casino, designed by architect Charles Garnier in 1878, and drive around the legendary Grand Prix track, which hosts the annual Formula One Monaco Grand Prix. After a full day exploring the highlights of the French Riviera, return to Nice, where your tour concludes with hotel drop-off.

    • Monte-Carlo (Pass By) Next, cruise down the Circuit de Monaco, the street used as the racetrack in the world-famous Formula One Grand Prix race. 
    • Prince’s Palace – In front of the Palais du Prince, you will discover the Changing of the Guard at 11:55, you will notice the Carabinieri Barracks . Created on the 8th of December 1817, the Carabinieri have for main missions to ensure the safety of the Royal Family as well as maintain public order.
