Perched above the lagoon, our overwater Le Lotus Restaurant doubles as the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa’s most gourmet and romantic dining outlet. Its dreamy setting, beside our sand-bottomed swimming pool, allows guests to fully appreciate the surreal beauty of Tahiti and neighboring Moorea.
From noon to 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. each evening, dine on Le Lotus’ creative gastronomy in an intimate and elegant atmosphere, complemented by fine French wines. Since 2020, InterContinental Resorts in French Polynesia and world-renowned French chef Bruno Oger have been cementing a partnership at Le Lotus. Our popular restaurant aims to elevate its operation with the benefit of chef’s savoir-faire, since Oger is widely recognized as an expert in French haute cuisine.
Chef Bruno Oger is working on the development of fresh menus and, along with chef Jacques di Guisto, supervising the execution of new dishes and the training of the culinary staff. Mr. Eric Descazaux, manager of La Villa Archange, chef Oger’s celebrated gastronomic restaurant in the south of France, will train the Le Lotus service team.

There is nowhere more idyllic to appreciate authentic Tahitian-style cuisine than our main restaurant Te Tiare, overlooking the resort’s infinity pools and waterfalls. In the distance, gaze at Moorea’s stunning silhouette while chefs prepare gastronomic treats from the open kitchen, centrally located in the resort.
Breakfast begins at 6 a.m., and service continues with an all-day menu full of light, summery dishes. Our extensive offerings range from light snacks and salads to freshly caught fish and top cuts of meat imported from New Zealand. Every day except Sunday we set up a healthy salad bar for lunch, and guests have the option of selecting their favorite ingredients for a custom-made stir-fried wok dish. Dinner comprises carefully prepared local Polynesian specialties and is served until 9:30 p.m.

Poised on Motu Tevairoa, only a ten-minute boat ride from the airport and fifteen minutes across the lagoon from the village of Vaitape, Le Bora Bora combines heavenly location and proximity to the mainland. The resort boasts authentic Polynesian style and architecture and certainly offers some of the most traditionally designed rooms and villas in Bora Bora.
There are three restaurants and two bars, and cuisine is international with a Polynesian twist. At the TĀVAI Spa, the islands’ generous nature has been captured to create decadent treatments that will rejuvenate and renew. Vichy shower body scrubs, hot stone massage with fragrant ‘monoï’ oil, or the local ‘taurumi’ massage, there is a lot to choose from and spa lovers will not be disappointed.

Spend a special afternoon taking couples photos while seeing Bora Bora’s circle islands on the Loveboat. Stopping to take in the scenery, snorkeling in the well-known blue lagoon of Bora Bora, and complimentary champagne served in a fresh coconut are all included. You will depart with 250 images to relive the trip since photography is included.
Together with your knowledgeable and experienced guide, circle the island. Discover the American WWII cannons, explore an old temple, meet a local family who will offer you fruit from their plantation, and learn about the stories of the island. You will learn about the lovely lagoon of Bora Bora on an exciting Jet Ski excursion. escorted by knowledgeable local guides. The tour makes pit stops at the volcano’s summit, a location for crystal-clear swimming, and an islet where a Polynesian BBQ lunch is served. Along the tour, your native guide will tell you island legends and demonstrate the Coconut Show on the Motu. The minimum age to operate a jet ski is six. The minimum age requirement for drivers is sixteen. Price is for a Jet Ski that two people can share.
