St. James, Barbados
Saint James is a parish on the west coast of the island of Barbados. It’s known for the upscale resorts dotted along its Caribbean Sea coastline. White-sand beaches include calm Paynes Bay and exclusive Sandy Lane. Holetown was the site of the first British settlement, in the 17th century, and is now popular for its nightlife and designer shops. Also here is the centuries-old St. James Parish Church, built of stone.
Stunning Nine-Bedroom Mansion
This magnificent nine-bedroom Barbados mansion is located high up on the hill, with lovely decor, excellent facilities, and excellent service.
The main entrance leads into the formal living area, which is flanked by a large spacious kitchen to the left and a formal dining area. This open plan living and dining area has French doors that lead out onto a spacious, partly covered terrace with comfortable chairs and a dining table that is ideal for breakfast or a light lunch overlooking the pool and manicured gardens.
Each of the nine spacious bedroom suites is air conditioned, has ceiling fans, an en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. All have flat-screen televisions with satellite service.
The master bedroom is separate from the other rooms and is located on the top floor of the house. It has a large private terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and views of the grounds that stretch all the way to the ocean. Aliseo’s lower level is the place to be! There’s also an open-plan living room with a bar and Karaoke, as well as a games table with pool and table tennis. There is also a well-equipped gym and an air-conditioned home theater. This area is finished with a small pantry/kitchen. French doors on the lower level lead to a covered terrace area with a BBQ and space for alfresco dining, which flows out to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
When you stay here, you will have access to a butler, a housekeeper, laundry service, a chef, and a poolside attendant. Other personnel are available upon request.
The house staff is extremely helpful and can make arrangements/reservations for you to ensure your stay is as relaxing and easy as possible.
The furnishings at contribute to the home’s pleasant atmosphere. Robb & Stucky in the United States furnished the house to a very high standard.
Guests have access to a private beach facility about a 5-minute drive away. Our butler will make all the necessary arrangements for a day at the beach, including making sure your Sunloungers are ready and waiting for you.

St. Peter, Barbados
The Parish of Saint Peter is one of eleven parishes in Barbados, a Caribbean island country. It is named after Saint Peter, the Christian Apostle and patron saint. It is located in the north of Barbados and is the only parish, aside from Saint Lucy, that stretches from east to west.
